I've been booking this hotel every year, but the service has been getting progressively worse. I always get stuck in the same room, with no options for a change of scenery, and it's just not fresh anymore. It's a shame, because I used to look forward to staying here.

The room was simple, but it was exactly what I needed - a place to relax. If they had a closet, though, it would've been even better. As it was, I had to use the hooks on the wall to hang my clothes.

I was really impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few major issues. The room had a strong smell, which was a problem since it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. To make matters worse, when I went to pay on the 2nd floor, I was told to use the automatic cashier on the 1st floor, but I didn't get a receipt. Needless to say, I won't be back.

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were great - really helpful and friendly. The facilities were all in good working order, and I'd definitely stay here again. The only thing missing was. well, nothing, actually. It was perfect.
