Great location right by the riverside, very friendly staff, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything started well, and the staff initially agreed to let me extend my checkout to 6 PM and keep my luggage in the room without extra charge. However, they later demanded payment for 12 hours, and the administrator insulted me, calling me “tupoy” (stupid) on the phone, as if I didn’t understand Russian. I was shocked by the treatment, refused the additional fee, and found the claim that 6 hours of storage required 12 hours of payment utterly nonsensical.

The hotel was very good and cozy, everything I liked, the breakfasts were impressive, the pizza was incredible, and the coffee brewed by the owner was delicious—thank you so much.
