Everything about the amenities was fine, and the breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety. There was a small mix‑up between the check‑out time shown on the app and what the hotel actually used. Since we weren’t told of a different time, we assumed the app’s time was correct and stayed until the hour that was indicated in the booking. Because of that, some staff seemed a bit annoyed and didn’t want to verify that the app really had the departure time we thought was right. Aside from that, the hotel offers a good value for the price.

The breakfast was good, with an adequate selection, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and available. In short, the breakfast quality and staff friendliness stand out. The stay lasted only one night, and overall the experience fell short of expectations, especially because of the room and bathroom conditions. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, the furniture and tiles were quite old and showed signs of neglect. The sink and shower had trouble draining water. The white towels were in poor condition, either due to wear or appearance. In short, the room and especially the bathroom need significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

“Un PARAÍSO”

The staff, the views, and the breakfast were great, and the beds were wow‑comfy. The only downside was that the key size was too large, which I didn’t like.

The location is excellent and the overall conditions are pretty good.
