The place sits in a good spot, rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, but parking was cramped.

The hotel is on a main road with no pedestrian path, and walking there feels scary; animals bark all night, cars honk, and insects swarm the bed. The staff are dishonest, the service and showers are awful, and when we asked to leave, they just laughed and said they would call the police. The route to the hotel is dark and frightening, and we heard car horns and barking dogs all night. The place is horrific, a hostel would be better, and the staff are outright liars.

The hotel was clean and the service was top‑class; it’s a bit off Mall Road, but you can catch a taxi from there and the road to the hotel is a little rough. Overall, the stay was excellent over six nights. The exterior road is very dusty and uneven, yet the property itself remains superb.

The staff service was excellent, truly outstanding. However, even though the property is just 1 km from Mall Road, the path to Mall Road is painful: the road is broken in spots and walking to Mall Road becomes a painful ordeal.

The room was stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful; reception and the restaurant staff were awesome. I highly recommend this hotel in Manali, especially its great location near Mall Road. I had a wonderful stay.
