“Stay away”

The location was great, but I waited 45 minutes for the desk girl to finish smoking out in her car to check us in. Several unhappy guests were also waiting there with complaints. When we reached our room, the key wouldn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs to get a new one, which took another 30 minutes. The room was 85 °F and the air conditioner wouldn’t work; I called down and she said she was too busy and that I’d have to wait until she had a chance to deal with it. She had other people to take care of and hung up on me. From that moment it just got worse. It was terrible. Do not recommend.

The staff were friendly and accommodated everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable.

“I (might) stay again.”

No one was in the lobby at check‑in or check‑out. I stood in the lobby upon arrival speaking loudly (“Hello Hello”) for 3 to 5 minutes. At checkout I rang the bell on the counter 3 to 4 times. The shower head almost fell off while I was trying to adjust it.

“It sucked”

The room was comfortable. I was there on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights; the bar never opened, the restaurant never opened, the place felt like a sinking ship. The door keys stopped working every night, there was no coffee in the room, and the laundry machines were out of order.

“Won’t be happening again”

I booked for almost $400 but there was no internet at all, so the TV was useless. I called the office around 7:30 and they promised someone would be up, but nobody showed up. I was traveling with a 2‑year‑old who couldn’t watch TV, so it was a real disappointment.
