A very clean and cozy place in a good location, with a very nice host. The house is well‑maintained and beautiful. Communication was clear and easy, so check‑in and everything else went smoothly.

The facilities are good, the room is comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Cleanliness is solid. They respond to messages and needs promptly. For my work trip it was convenient and everything went well. Nothing unexpected, it matched the description exactly.

The spot is only a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo and offers good value for money. The downside is that the room faces Via Flaminia, which is very busy and noisy.

The location was great, we stayed just one night but would gladly return. The room was comfortable and welcoming.

The location is perfect for walking to the Olympic Stadium. The room and bathroom need fixing; the shower water can’t be adjusted, and breakfast only offers packaged snacks.
