The room was not good. The air didn't work and the shower was broken, they offered breakfast but didn't have any because of staff issues

The room was neat, clean and cold air!! The location was excellent with walking distance to Applebee's and Waffle House plus shopping. Great for back and forth to St. Vincent East. Nice little pool. Very friendly staff. I don't know why it gets bad reviews but I took a chance and I was totally satisfied with my 4 nights at Quality 3 in July 2026. Don't like that it gets such a bad rap. Go next door and pay 100 more a night if you like
