The location is good, with many things nearby and the market and several shopping centers within walking distance. We were asked for a 1000 THB deposit—almost a night’s stay—without any explanation of its purpose, which felt odd. The room had damage on a door and a mirror; we mentioned it upon arrival so they wouldn’t charge us for it, and that was handled properly. We were woken by construction noise that sounded almost outside the window (though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault).
