The environment was clean and orderly, there was no noise, and everything proceeded smoothly from a distance.

The hotel's response to our requests was lightning-fast, which was a big plus. However, we were a bit disappointed with the state of the bathroom, which had some pretty rough-looking grout between the tiles. And don't even get me started on the state of the back area - it was seriously grimy.
