We spent three weeks at Palaka Resort in Siargao, and honestly, the experience wouldn’t have been the same without the amazing staff. From the start, Ghrace, Anne, and the rest of the team were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful, always making us feel welcome and truly caring about our comfort. Whenever we had an issue or needed assistance, they were there – handling laundry, arranging motorbike transport, and going the extra mile to make our stay easier and better. The resort itself was clean and comfortable, but it was the people that made it special. Ghrace and Anne were especially wonderful, and we’re very grateful for their help, kindness, and care over the three weeks. We also felt the value for money at Palaka Resort was the best we saw on our trip. The mix of price, cleanliness, service, and especially the staff made it an incredible place. We felt truly looked after and will remember the team as a big part of our Siargao experience. Thank you so much for everything! ❤️ We highly recommend Palaka Resort, especially for its amazing staff.

The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful, the location is great, and I liked chilling in the common areas. The garden is well maintained, looks good, and welcoming. I stayed for two weeks. The only major issue was a privacy problem: the resort guard kept invading my privacy, checking where I parked and who I stayed with each time I returned. If I wasn’t alone and invited a guest, he would read me a policy about staying 30 minutes or less, making my guest uncomfortable. I mentioned it to reception, but nothing was done. It happened day after day and I felt uneasy. If I bring a guest, I’m fined. Don’t scare my guest. Every time I left, he would question if I was coming back and when.
