I met a very friendly host, and the apartment on the first floor was bright with a nice, large balcony offering a great view of the Silberberg—really quiet, and church bells only start ringing at 7 am. The market square and ReWe are just a short walk away, and although the kitchen is small, it’s well equipped and even has a tiny dishwasher. Nothing else comes to mind.

We didn’t book a breakfast, so that’s fine. We had no complaints.

The room was a good size, the garden was lovely, parking was easy, and the views were incredible. When I arrived, no one was there to check me in, and the phone numbers didn’t connect—maybe it was my phone. After a while a gardener appeared and called them for me. The lady at the front desk was lovely, and we had great chats using Google Translate. There’s also a kettle and coffee machine in a small ground‑floor room for guests, which is a nice touch.

The pension is lovingly run, with cozy holiday apartments and rooms, and the breakfast is delicious.
