The rooms were extremely dirty, with no bed sheets or top sheets, and the toilets were filthy. Only one boy was at reception sweeping the floor. The rooms were suffocating and not good at all. When we asked for a refund, they refused. Very, very bad experience.

A stay that left no positive points and no negative points at all.

This place is a fraud hotel; the manager never handed us a room, so we were not accommodated.

I booked through a service that confirmed my reservation by email and text, yet when we arrived the hotel didn’t answer and later told us no rooms were available, leaving us stranded at 4 am with no alternatives and forced to sleep in our car—an absolutely horrible and unacceptable nightmare; I hope the owners take responsibility and fix the damage they caused, and that no one else experiences this.

It’s a scam: the photos on display are edited, we were wandering the streets at 2 am trying to find the place, the phone number goes to an automated system, and a link was sent asking for money to confirm the booking ahead.
