Dinner and breakfast were fine. The baths were dirty and many things were broken so they couldn’t be used well. No one followed the rules in the sauna and thermal area; people lay in the sauna without towels, wearing wet swimwear.

I had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel, with its elegant rooms and impeccable service making my stay truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to lend a helping hand. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection, which was resolved promptly by the hotel's technical team. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free stay.
