The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar was good, but the room felt very tired, dated, and smelly, the bed was uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep well, and it was a lot of money for a room in that condition.

The building itself was wonderful, and the staff worked hard to make your stay, with great food, but the bed was very worn and uncomfortable.

Very good overall; the food was excellent and the staff were also excellent and could not have been more helpful. The room was very dated, but it was very clean.

Food portions were good and generous, and the staff tried to be very helpful and friendly. Everything seemed very tired, and it would be very difficult for disabled or elderly people to reach their rooms. While the experienced staff were very good, there were many very inexperienced and incompetent staff.
