I liked the hotel mainly for its large, fresh rooms with balconies and stunning views of the botanical garden and Aragats mountains; the Deluxe rooms are truly roomy, so definitely choose a balcony room even if it costs a bit more. Guests can freely use the decent fitness and spa center, the indoor pool, and the huge outdoor pool. Everything is clean and orderly. It is a bit far from the city center, but taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.
The hotel is amazing! Everything is top‑level! The staff are very attentive, will solve any problem, and go the extra mile; luxury, cleanliness, and beauty are everywhere! The breakfasts are delicious, there is an open heated pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a sauna, and an indoor pool. Everything is clean, so cozy and comfortable that I felt no other hotel could match it! We booked a luxury room that had everything, including an iron with a board, which is important to me, so I didn’t have to run around asking for it. The room is large and spacious! We’ll come back again and again! Wishing you prosperity and more guests! The only thing I didn’t like was the small detail of no coffee machine at breakfast, at least a capsule coffee machine in the room; the bagged coffee was mediocre for such a hotel.

Everything was great: spacious rooms, a magnificent pool, tasty food at the bar, the restaurant, and the breakfast menus never repeated themselves. The menu was very balanced and always had something for kids. The staff were very friendly and polite. We will definitely return.
