Location was fine. I had trouble contacting staff, paid for parking but couldn’t use it, and filed a complaint for a refund with no response.

Good location near the Ostseehalle. Room 116 had a broken fan, very few TV channels, missing window latch, broken door elements, and the reception was empty during check‑out, so nobody was there to report the issues.

The hotel sits right in the city center, but there was no staff and no breakfast options at all – not even coffee or tea. The underground parking was only 1,90 m deep, not the 2,00 m advertised on the website.
