The whole staff was attentive, especially the front‑desk gentleman who welcomed us in the parking lot at noon on Friday 25, Saturday 26, and Sunday 27 of September; he was exceptionally polite and friendly. The facilities are outstanding, truly an oasis in Cuernavaca. The restaurant menu, however, had limited variety and high prices for the dishes.

Liked the room and the grounds were amazing. Shower head needs cleaning-shooting water in different directions. Towels were ragged on the edges
