I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room was spotless, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth after being told that the booking was only for 12 hours, not the 24 hours I had expected. This was a major letdown, especially considering the hotel's high rating. To make matters worse, my family had to pay an additional 150 rupees per hour to extend our stay, which was not what I had anticipated from this establishment.

My family and I had a wonderful four-night stay at this hotel, and I must say that we were thoroughly impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and comfortable room, and the convenient location. The fact that water was always available and coffee could be ordered was a lovely touch that added to our overall satisfaction.

I was impressed with the hotel's well-equipped rooms, which included a functioning air conditioner and a hot water supply. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. However, my stay was slightly marred by a nasty encounter with bed bugs, which bit me on my foot during the night.
