Nothing positive. The room was less than 9 m²! The bed was tiny for two adults 1.90 m and 1.85 m – a joke! The staff were inconsistent; one day they were super friendly, the next hour they were hyper‑unpleasant. So, yeah… and too many rules! Don't open it, don't leave the bathroom door open, etc. The worst hotel of our stay in Japan!

They forwarded our luggage to Kyoto for us, even contacting the hotel. They also had tea and microwaves on the ground level.

The room was cheap and close to Namba Station, and also near Kuromon Market and Nihonbashi. You will inevitably hear noise from other rooms, but that’s a human issue.

The hotel is right next to the fish market, which is a great location. However, the rooms were way too small; I couldn’t even fit my luggage in my room and had to stash it in my mom’s room, which had a little more walking space.
