The location was good, the bed was comfortable, and the people who rented it to us were lovely. It was a bit unclean because of the previous guests.

Everything was nice and cozy, and the location was perfect. The only issue was that the mattress felt a bit hard and uncomfortable; otherwise, there was nothing else to mention.
