Interesting concept for a hotel stay and I like how it was in the middle of a residential neighborhood. I got to fully immerse myself in the Chicago scene. I wouldn't say dislike but the segregated bathroom was different but it worked

The contact‑less check‑in was super easy to navigate. The area is great and close to the train, but there’s a bit of construction going on, so sometimes the noise can be quite loud.

The restaurants nearby were great, but the air conditioning only worked on one of the three nights, and the shower in the bathroom barely trickled.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a private room that featured modern finishes and was kept spotlessly clean. However, I did experience a minor hiccup during check-in, as the instructions were a bit unclear, but fortunately, a staff member was on hand to assist me.
