The staff and cleaning were awful, and the window couldn't be opened. A garbage area in front of our window smelled terrible, and we couldn't get fresh air.

There was no parking space, so we had to risk parking on the road. The hot water geyser was broken even after two repairs, leaving us with cold showers. The room lacked a kettle, and only two soaps and one towel were supplied for two people.

The stay was decent, but they added extra charges beyond the booking amount. When I asked, they claimed it was the last room available, which I found flimsy. I paid the extra fee to avoid drama, but the property should rethink this practice.
