“Great place to stay”
There was one bed, a comfy chair, and a small table with chairs; the bathroom was modern and clean with plenty of light. If I can find a Suburban in every town I visit, this will be my choice, and the price was great. The only issue was a lingering smoke smell in the bathroom—unsure if the room was next to a smoking room—but overall I was happy with the stay.
“Nice motel with good rates.”
The location and value were solid, but the pool was closed, parking was tight with narrow turns, and the shower head was broken.
The bed was comfortable—no soft pillows, but that’s fine for me because I’m just spoiled—room was clean, check‑in was fast, and it was worth the money; I wasn’t put off by anything.
“Money taken for something that wasn't my fault”
The staff were courteous and polite, and we’ve never had any problems with them; we always left the room clean after bringing our own towels, blankets, and pillows. Still, being charged for towels when we bring our own and having to use their small towels to wipe our faces is a real strain on my limited income, especially since I know I didn’t do anything to deserve it.
“Peace and Quiet Stay”
I had a peaceful stay, but the parking was cramped; Balloon Festival Crews parked vehicles and trailers in the small front parking space.
