We booked the room for 5 days, yet it was filthy—hair everywhere on the floor, mat, and under the bed, and alcohol bottles were still rolling after cleaning. The second day, a ceiling piece broke and fell onto the bed; when we complained, they ignored it and told us to move the bed and sleep, offering no apology or room change. We had to leave the hotel that night with our kids, and they didn’t even respond or care. The drinking water was tap water and terrible, even though they claimed a kettle was available, it wasn’t. There was no food, and the cleanliness was so bad it deserved -1000 marks. The receptionist only spoke Hindi and was clueless. The tank water gushed over the entrance stairs daily, and they never cleaned it.

Nothing was good—the rooms were pathetic, smelled awful, the staff were full of attitude, the owner didn’t respond, and the rooms just kept smelling.
