We only stayed a short time in Usak, but we really appreciated the service. Even though the staff didn’t speak English, they always tried their best to communicate with us. Everyone was very friendly and we’re very grateful for that.

The breakfast here was seriously impressive - the spread was beautifully presented and the breakfast room itself was a lovely touch, really capturing the essence of Turkish culture. However, the room itself could've done with a bit more storage space, especially in the cupboards, and some hooks on the wall would've been handy for hanging coats and bags.
