Breakfast was very good every day, and dinner, which I booked together, was also excellent; each day offered something different in both meals.

super good location, well facilitated & comfortable. great spot for your driver to pick & drop you off as well as park. our aircon wasnt working the best until the 2nd last day. on the first day when we asked them , they said it we put it in the wrong setting. turns out it was faulty

Anak kami sangat suka dengan fasilitas hotel mulai dari tempat tidur anak, playground & swimming pool yang nyaman. Hari pertama kami tiba di kamar lantai 5, air panas tidak stabil & terdengar suara pompa air yang tersendat sendat. Sepertinya memang sedang gangguan. Tapi akhirnya telah ada perbaikan & semunya berjalan dengan lancar & nyaman. Terimakasih Brits Hotel, kami akan kembali lagi
