The room was clean and they always made the room. The downtown area is full of homeless, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault—Dallas is like that.

The location and views are superb, the staff very helpful, and the convenience is top. The only drawback was that the suite didn’t have a smart TV with streaming apps.
