The location was good and the staff were friendly. However, the hallway and room carried a very unpleasant odor, a mix of rotting and dirty carpets with a chemical scent. The décor looked like early 90s, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the tap water was brown.

The location was convenient, but the rooms had carpet flooring.

The food was excellent in a beautiful setting, with a wide variety of dishes and very helpful staff. I had no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were tasty. The lack of air conditioning made it hard to endure the summer heat, and it would have been better if breakfast started at 7:30.

The location was convenient, close to the city centre, and the room was very clean with a set of toiletries. The staff were pleasant and there was an elevator. I’m not sure what the issue was—perhaps a sanitation matter—because the room, bedding, etc. had a strong, unbearable smell. Even after opening the windows and turning on the fan, we couldn’t get rid of it.
