Como os hóspedes avaliam o hotel, aspecto a aspecto.

The facilities and location are excellent, and Samuel at reception was perfect. The only downside was a pretentious receptionist named Andrés, and without him the whole stay would have been flawless.

The breakfast and the room were great. There was no bath foam; I asked for it and it never arrived.
