“Not a good experience. Didn't get enough sleep.”
The spot was great, but the elevator was broken so we had to haul our bags up and down the stairs. The TV remote kept falling apart, the cooler was too loud and stayed cold even after we dialed it back, and the room had a mildew smell.
“Disappointed does not meet chain standards”

My stay at this hotel was just average, with no major complaints or standout positives. While the hotel itself was fine, the food could have been better, and that was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel was accommodating, clean, and comfy, but the pool was shut and the elevator didn’t work. I was stuck on the 3rd floor.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's ability to accommodate a large group, which is often a challenge for many establishments. This flexibility made my stay all the more enjoyable, and I appreciate the effort they put into making us feel welcome.
