Cleanliness and location are good. The gym is not working.

The location is nice and close to services. Requests were delayed, especially on the second day when I asked for room cleaning.

I was annoyed by the lack of soundproofing between the neighboring rooms, and the bathroom had a bad odor.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, the scent was pleasant, the buffet was great, there was a pool and a waiting area. However, the hotel’s name on the website didn’t match the real one, there were no towels, no iron or laundry service, the noise was high with no insulation, a telecom tower next to the room produced loud wave sounds, the app asked for a card but didn’t charge the correct amount, the room rate changed dramatically if the stay was extended, the bathroom chair was very small, and the rooms were empty most of the time.
