We could not get access to the property! We arrived around 7.00 pm, passed the gate, parked, and then tried to get in. No one was there to give a key or code, and there was no number to call for information. The access was locked and we had no code to enter. We had to go to the Holiday Inn further back down the A38.

The place is stunning, but one night we spilled a sticky drink and the staff cleaned the room the next day yet left the floor sticky; the receptionist who knocked on our door asking questions was unnecessary.

The location near Bristol Airport is ideal and the stay was very comfortable.

The spot is amazing with fantastic river views, the apartment is clean and tidy, and they even provided sunglasses to enjoy the view! A quick walk into town offers a great selection of pubs and bars. The only downside was the lack of parking, so we had to use the expensive car park and walk up and down to our cars, which some might find inconvenient.
