The overall cleanliness was impressive: after each outing the bed was made, towels were changed, and trash was cleared, so I stayed clean daily. I was very satisfied with the breakfast quality and variety; the fruit and Vietnamese dishes were delicious, and the wide selection of bread made it a daily pleasure. The bar was open until 23:00, offering a relaxing time after sightseeing with a great variety of drinks, and the spa could be used immediately without a reservation, which was very soothing. However, arranging the shuttle via WhatsApp was difficult, so I recommend reminding the staff several times beforehand. The spa’s air conditioning felt a bit cold, so if that’s an issue, let the staff know.

The hotel is top quality: rooms and beds are great, breakfast is fantastic, and the staff deliver the level of care and service you’d expect from a five‑star property. It sits in a great spot, close to the old town but not too close, and a tip is to walk toward West Lake for coffee or lunch—there are plenty of great spots that are less busy than the old town. The hotel also arranges tours to places like Ha Long Bay at reasonable prices with direct transfers from the hotel.

I stayed twice at Heritage Premium Hanoi Central and found the rooms clean, modern, and fully equipped with toiletries; the beds were just right—not too soft, not too firm. Breakfast had a good selection, though a bit more variety would help longer stays. The real highlight was the staff: everyone was attentive, kind, and accommodating. The masseuse and front desk team even arranged a warm tea for me when I was unwell, and the restaurant staff remembered my request for the same tea the next evening. These thoughtful touches made me feel genuinely cared for. The location is excellent, a short walk from Hanoi’s Old Quarter with restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, beauty salons, and a dentist clinic right across the street. Overall, highly recommended for comfortable rooms, a convenient spot, and exceptional hospitality. The only downside was that the breakfast could use more rotation, the rooms felt a bit small on both visits—probably due to design and wall colors—and the pool, which I didn’t use, was rather small and could use an upgrade.

The décor was beautiful and the staff were lovely; my room was amazing and I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker. The flooring near the pool gets slippery when wet, and the pool table was average, but otherwise there were no complaints.
