The spot was close to home, parking was easy to find, and the owner Manuela is very friendly and nice as a person 😀. I needed more days but they weren’t available, so I had to leave 😀

I really enjoyed my stay at this guest house. The location was excellent, very close to the Colosseum and convenient for visiting Rome. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I was very satisfied with my experience

The room had a private bathroom inside an apartment that also had a kitchen and an extra room. The host was friendly and very accommodating. The location depends on what you want to do. I needed a middle ground between city centre and Tor Vergata for work, so it was very convenient. To explore Rome it’s handy if you use the green metro (Torre Maura stop is a 2‑3 minute walk) which in just over 20 minutes takes you to the Colosseum. The only flaw is the timing of the last train from the Colosseum to go back, which I think is around 22:00. Great value for money. It has air conditioning, a small but very functional bathroom. The apartment and the room are newly renovated and impeccable. I didn’t like the pillows; they were too soft. There are four pillows per double bed, so I’d suggest the host offer two thinner and two thicker ones so guests can choose.
