“Personal antipático”
The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was air‑conditioning and a fan. On the downside, the cleaning was awful: towels weren’t changed until the third day, and the cleaning crew would loudly eat and chat in chairs right in front of our room from 8 am, ruining our rest. The receptionist was unhelpful and the staff overall were not very friendly. To make matters worse, for two consecutive days the cold water supply was cut off, leaving us only hot water. Initially all the lights in the room worked, but over the stay they started failing, so by the end only two were on. Another bizarre incident involved bike rentals: the receptionist directed us to a place where we could supposedly rent bikes for four days at 400 rupees. Without confirming, the rental manager had already taken the bikes to the hotel. We kept them, but on the last day we discovered one bike was missing because it had been taken before the four‑day period ended. When I asked the receptionist what happened, she said she didn’t know the terms we had agreed with the bike manager. Even worse, she herself had arranged the rental without letting us compare prices or choose another place. It was a completely surreal experience and a clear sign of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care.
