The hotel was very good, yet the room cleaning was lacking: one day towels weren't changed, another time dirty cups and empty water bottles were left behind.

The place was quiet, but the reception was very distant and somewhat arrogant, claiming to be hip. Our “good evening” greeting was ignored because the staff’s phone mattered more. When we tried to buy something in the evening at the reception, the young man didn’t bother to look at us or speak to us, as if we were invisible, fully absorbed in his laptop, which made the whole stay feel unwelcoming.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the sheets fresh. The staff were kind, friendly and always ready to help. The hotel isn’t right in the center, but public transport passes a few steps away and is frequent. I really liked that you could leave luggage after checkout to pick it up later. The lobby had a nice vibe for coworking or grabbing a bite. Great job, keep it up!
