A couple of things put me off - no water in the room when I checked in and to order food, I had to go down to reception.

Everything about this hotel was great - the staff are super friendly and helpful, the building is lovely and clean, and the rooms are huge. The location is spot on, close to the centre of Yerevan, and the interior is really nice. The glass lift with music is a nice touch and the rooms are really clean everywhere.
