“Chaotic and unorganized”
The night‑shift staff were very helpful, moving us to a different room when the neighbor next to us was super loud, though it took over an hour to finally get into our room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning could be turned very cold. However, several rooms had doors that stuck, the elevator was out of order so we had to climb stairs because of noisy neighbors and the stuck doors, which was a huge inconvenience. In the morning no one was consistently at the front desk, so when two cars had their windows smashed in the gravel parking lot by teenagers doing donuts, there was no one to answer the phones or help.
