I only appreciated the staff’s friendliness, especially Federica’s helpfulness. We booked a three‑day stay but had to leave after being given a room infested with bed bugs, which forced us to cancel our beach plans and scramble for new lodging. When we reported the issue, no alternative room was offered and the owner ignored our calls, so I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Everything was perfect: the staff were kind, available, and welcoming. The location is strategic, just a stone’s throw from the metro and the Vatican Museums, and the breakfast was generous. It will be my go‑to spot for future stays in Rome.

Thanks to Frederica for her warm welcome and kindness, and for keeping my forgotten Apple Watch safe until the end of our stay. The owner is very attentive and replies quickly to all messages. The breakfast felt a bit industrial, the bathroom was somewhat dated, but overall very clean.
