The hotel's reception staff were super friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the lobby area was a bit chaotic and noisy at times. The staff did their best to keep everything under control, but it was still a bit of a challenge.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at this hotel, particularly Abdullrahan at the front desk, who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The on-site Starbucks cafe was a nice bonus, and I appreciated the convenient location, which was also relatively quiet. “Great Hospitality and excellent service”
