The location was fine, but the room, contrary to what the website claims, has no natural light and only a window with a fake view. It sits in a literal basement, so you wouldn’t expect a hotel that wants to appear cool to offer a room that’s too small, dark, and has a bad vibe.

A beautiful place to relax and disconnect from the world. The staff, especially Simone, were always available, friendly, and ready to accommodate every request. The only small flaw was that it wasn’t clearly specified that the King room has no windows.

Podere Raffanna is a charming place, but what really made the difference was Simone’s welcome. From the moment we arrived he proved to be an extraordinary host: a wonderful person who paid attention to every little detail and was always ready to recommend the best restaurants and the most beautiful villages to visit in the area. The property is an oasis of relaxation, the suite with private spa is a dream, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We will definitely return, even just to say hello to Simone again! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
