I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the hotel staff handled any issues that arose during my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything seemed to run smoothly, and I appreciated the convenience of having my needs met promptly.

I was pleased with my room, which was clean and available for a late check-in. However, I didn't have any other notable experiences during my stay.
“never again will I ever”
There was nothing positive. The room was dirty, the staff rude, and the area was full of homeless people. If you paid me, I wouldn't return.
“Feel completely lied to just so they would get the booking”
I recently stayed at a hotel that had both its advantages and disadvantages. The location was ideal, as it was close to all the places I needed to visit. However, my experience was marred by a series of issues, including a room that didn't match my booking, with only one bed and no smoking allowed, despite my explicit request for a smoking room. To make matters worse, the hotel is now holding onto my deposit, claiming that I left feces on the sheets, which is completely untrue.
