The owner is very friendly and always reachable; if something is missing you just ask and it gets sorted out. The place sits close to a train station, but you don't notice it. Cleanliness was excellent and on nice weather you can sit outside. It lacks coziness, space and storage; we think swapping the two chairs downstairs for a small couch would let you relax in the evenings instead of staying on a chair. Breakfast was fine but not “extraordinary” as described on Booking, so that expectation will be disappointed.

We liked the comfort, the car rental parking in the garden, the quiet spot, the good bus link to Bari city centre, and the great starting point for car trips around the area. In the evening we sat on the garden. Roberto was very friendly and relaxed.
