The view from the top was great, but the service didn’t live up to my expectations.

The bed was comfortable, yet I was quite disappointed overall. The staff seemed to prioritize the manager’s family over other guests, and there was a lot of noise from the next room all night; at around 5 AM I could hear furniture being moved above my room, which made it hard to sleep. On top of that, flies swarmed the room, ruining the cleanliness and comfort. The experience simply fell short of what I had hoped for.
