“Cozy, friendly place to stay in”
My three-night stay in September was a pleasant experience, with the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff making my travels easier. Although there was a minor issue with smoke in the hallway, it was easily resolved by opening a window. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities.
Unfortunately, my stay was marked by a series of unfortunate events, including being denied entry to the hotel despite having a voucher. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and I was forced to find alternative accommodations with the assistance of my local friends.
