It's a 10-minute drive from Sanya Railway Station, 20 minutes from Sanya Phoenix Airport, and close to Sanya Bay beach, Coconut Dream Corridor, and Luhuitou Park. Rooms have 49-inch HDTVs, work desks, and mini fridges.

location. right in the middle of city centre. On quiet area. House keeping tip top, very fast response. View is stunning. The staff. Reception to security. Not friendly. The way they communicate with customers, a bit impatient & dismissive. Simply lack of customer service. You ask a question, they answer for sure, but the body language is simply denying. I have never have this kind of experience with receptionist from International Hotel Chain. Just weird

The staff were great and the room was clean. The food leaned a bit too Chinese, but it was still good.

Everyone on staff spoke English perfectly, making communication easier than at other Sanya hotels. The breakfasts were spot‑on and the room was super comfy. I just wish they stopped having a swimming class every hour, as it was difficult for people to see their kids bumping into the class.
