The hotel was in a quiet spot despite being close to the airport, and the English‑speaking staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, with great shower pressure and blackout curtains that aid sleep. The elevators made moving luggage easier. Each floor offered free filtered water that you could put into your reusable bottle or the in‑room carafes, showing the hotel’s environmental awareness; I appreciated not receiving a plastic bottle that would outlive me. The free airport shuttle ran intermittently, and the drop‑box check‑out was simple. The driver was professional even when a guest arrived late, but be courteous to everyone on the shuttle and arrive at the rendezvous point on time. I went out to town for dinner, so I can’t comment on the restaurant, but it appears to be the only dining option near the hotel, so plan accordingly.

I found it hard to figure out how to get there. The information said there was a free shuttle, which is why I booked. In reality, I had to go to the very cranky info lady at the airport, beg her to call the hotel, and then give her a number for a Bolt taxi to take me to the hotel. It seems you need a special number for the taxi. The reception didn’t tell me I could have a free drink, but the girl in the morning was very pleasant and gave me a beautiful coffee while I waited for my taxi.

The breakfast was excellent and varied. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the stylish interior was later revealed to be inspired by the series *The Queen’s Gambit*. I stayed twice on different trips, so the convenient airport location was a key priority. I also needed to work, so the high‑speed Wi‑Fi was a very welcome bonus.
