Location. The multiple flies, the spiders in the bed sheets in both beds and the neighbor sounding like shes being murdered from 1015pm to 130am had to call the front desk bc she was screaming and crying and moaning it was hell my kids and I were up all night bc of it walls are thin

The gentleman who assisted us delivered outstanding service when we needed help, and we’re grateful for that. I can’t find any fault; no service is flawless, and sometimes mishaps happen.

The staff were great and the location was perfect—12 miles from Houlton, right off the highway and easy to find. The downside was that the room we stayed in, room 2, had a hole in the wall, the carpet was old and dirty, the beds were dated and wobbly, and the room was very dusty; it just needs an update.

The location was good, the food was great, and the room was clean. Everything else was fine.

I found the place spotless, very nice, and quiet, with staff who were friendly and helpful; I’ll definitely return soon. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect, thanks.
