The Hotel Ksmail exceeded our expectations. The hotel is brand new, beautifully furnished with incredible taste and attention to detail. High‑quality materials are used throughout; the beds are exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom is modern, high‑quality, and simply great. The location and proximity to the beach are especially impressive—the beach is a short walk away, and the National Park Butrint is only a few kilometres away, perfect for excursions. Another big plus is the free parking in the underground garage, which is very convenient and pleasant. The owner is absolutely charming, warm, and incredibly attentive; she reads everyone’s wishes from the start and makes you feel welcome from the first moment. You immediately sense that she runs the hotel with passion and genuine joy. The breakfast is extraordinary—a huge buffet that you can’t try everything, so the selection is enormous. Every morning there’s something new to discover, and everything is thought out. We also really enjoyed the personal exchange with the owner; the conversations are relaxed and interesting. You feel in every corner that this isn’t just a hotel, but that someone is behind it with all their heart, aiming to give guests a truly wonderful time. The only negative is that a mosquito net on the balcony door would be the finishing touch.
