This spot was the highlight of our trip, and I’d recommend it to everyone; the view is gorgeous, everything feels cool and interesting, the breakfast worked great for our family of four, and we enjoyed the room we stayed in; Lamai town and its beach were awesome, definitely better than Bophut, which is great for kids but didn’t hit the mark for us.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were super helpful; the setting felt magical, and the location was perfect for Lamai beach and Crystal.

The pool was fun and the staff friendly, but the lights flickered, the roof leaked (they even gave us a different room after the leak), the shower hose was too short and didn’t reach my head (I’m only 1.65 m), and next to the property something was burning and the whole house turned blue; the cleaning scent was strong, I felt suffocated all night, and this wasn’t resolved.

The venue was very colorful and beautiful, with every interior detail crafted with love, as if we had stepped into a fairy‑tale world; the pool was small but very clean, there were many cute trinkets, gorgeous sea views, and other pleasant touches; the breakfasts were a bit bland, but there was still enough to eat, and the pleasant atmosphere of the dining room softened a few inconveniences.
